So the past weekend has seen the column mounted onto a new dash bar,

Nothing to difficult so I'll just throw up the photos, sure you guys can figure out what's gone on!

Like it. I'd like to do something similar to get a sensible steering wheel angle.

What column did you use? Looks good but you probably want to triangulate the mounts a bit. Looks a tad flimsy.

Believe the uj section is from a pug 206, but it'll be gusseted underneath and on top will have a swaged panel as well.

Dash bar and steering column mount are complete, added a few gussets and a plate to the top, also fitted the brake reservoirs and messed with the front end a little bit.

And sorted fuel tank mounting a planning lines and pumps etc

This weekend should see the doors lightened some more and a final assembly of the rear end.

If anybody has any old wrecked doors and they would like to chop out some of the top frame can you let me know, would like some small sections to get the frame fitting perfectly.

Should probably update this before Simon starts to cry that the forum is going quiet again!

Slow progress is being made, but a lot of it is redoing things as I haven't been happy with it (perils of having a year away to rethink everything I guess!!)

I'm just going to throw up a load of random photos rather than explain everything because I'll be here all day otherwise.

Hopefully sometime next week, but I need to remake the bottom coil over mounts before I can test fit so that's the next Job on the list
