Ok - set the car up last friday on the rollers for high load work, pulled some really good numbers despite very high air temps:-

thanks guys - I was hoping for only 120 lbft or so in defence of the clutch and gearbox! - Jim I think yours will have just a bit more torque than this and probably from 2500/3000rpm!!! If Carling made Mini engines

. its NA all the way with this one, I should take another vid really as that one was when it was running on a sport 190 K series map - took at least 20% fuelling out of that map for the high load stuff - no wonder it baulked when you stabbed the throttle from idle! - shes a pussycat now and nice and responsive low down.

Yes Dave, I face even coming third this year as Gavins Speedster has gained another 14 bananas over last year and matched my 13.4 at Santa Pod.
I seriously doubt it! |

all good fun - It'll be interesting, its all new and gearing strategy is different from previous years so who knows how it will pan out, if I can mix it with you boys again with a full height mini all will be good!!!! - I'm bringing a magnet as well Paul to see how much steels left in your car - I'm sure it mentions steel in the class regs somewhere!
