Yep.

Take the nitrous off and you'llbe in classD, but keep the nitrous and you're not in any road-legal class. So you may aswell run slicks.

And don't be tempted to hide the gas; the eagle-eyed TM guys will find it.

well class H - Race Mini ( Steel body shell) Unlimited cc, Turbo, Supercharged or Nitro's

so that's no good as a Minus is GRP, it's essentially not a mini either so it must be class I -

Class I Specials, e.g. Space Framed, Non Mini Engined cars, Misfits and Mini Based Kit cars etc

Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Errr not sure about the nos bit. Last year the winner of B class was on nos. otherwise he would have been a good second down on second place.

How do you know this?

If i knew anyonw in a Road-legal class was running nitrous (apart from when i found out after the fact like i did last year) I'd happily shop them.

personnally i wouldnt bother what class your in just turn up, get pissed, have a good time oh and do some runs down the drag strip. do a few runs with gas a few runs without gas see what you times are then decide whih class to go in next year if your out to win.

im not bothered about winning anything just out to have a good time*smiley*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I'm interested.

I think without NOS you could get away with Class D (even though strictly it's not a Mini), well as long as you don't win that is!!!

It was Colin Wright. He freely admits it as he thinks NOS is road legal.
Paul

I seriously doubt it!

There was a carbon fibre Mini Sprint in class C last year.......I still beat it though

I seriously doubt it!

Class D is a bit more strict i am afraid regs are as below

1) need to be able to get pissed
2) turbo mini
2) get pissed
3) get sunburnt
4) get pissed
5) be sick
6) get pissed
7) ability to break car
8) Get pissed
9) know words to loveshack
10) get pissed

if you have the above you are a class d contender
