Hi

I jsut wanted to show you all my newly machined S pulley. Im going megajolt on my engine. it looks very rusty in pics, but it isnt.





big thanks to Tom F, that helped me and gave me tips on how to do it, I really wanted to get the machining done by spannerbitch, but the cost of shipping made it very expensive and time consuming. This is made from his drawings though, so if any of you use Tom to machine a S pulley it will look like this, but possibly with round cut outs instead of square ones.

thanks! I didnt do it all myself, I had help from a friend in a workshop. its made on a dataprogrammed CNC.
