Hi all does anyone have a basic map to start from for a 1275 running 8.3/1 compression as ive just purchased a megasquirt and im having a go at fiting it over the winter preferably 12*12 map kpa vs rpm any help is great *happy*

love that straight cut scream!!!

I've got a map for a 1380 N/A if you get stuck. Its not going to be right but the numbers will get you going.....

as i say any help is great im running a 1310 at the moment so not to far away how have you found the msquirt to tune any problems

Hi,
I'm not running megasquirt, so I can't tell you, but I'll glady give you my map numbers... Just to get it fired up put 10 degrees in all the boxes and then time the ecu to the engine. I think my map will be the opposite to what you want though.. Start with the light load(vacuum sites) first. You can be quiet heavy handed on the advance here. That will get you better off boost economy and should help early spooling up too.*wink*

Here is the map from a certain 998 Turbo. It may help a bit. The part to note is the area between 2500 and 4000rpm and around 100Kpa(this is the engine coming on boost).



Ignore all the 14s at 1000rpm that is some idle control that works a little bit.
