Nodiz vs dizzy on na car.

Since my coil is on the way out. ( main suspect to me.. very weak spark. Engine cutted out on me yesterday in a very rainy run. Dizzy was dry. Sparkplugs dry but only gave a weak witte spar, had fuel but engine would not even start on pilot. When we pusched it to save power going to the starter engine it gave some brop brops but cut out after second or 2. The weak spark makers me suspect the coil.. its 19 years old after all.... engine ran great and Strong before)



So... i have a coilpack and nodiz with vacuüm sensor,trigerwheel,... laying around. Also have a brand New 123 dizy and coils are easy to come by.

On a na 1340
296 cam
12.3/1 compresion
Notting special realy.

Would it be usefull to get a nodiz on or would it be more work than gain to instal it vs the 123 ignition.

Keep in mind that rolling roads here are zero to non existing to get the map right so that would be me on the rond with a laptop...
