Sherryberg itb in combination with speeduino

Hi all Im a long time follower of this site an invested lots of time in reading this.
Now Ik got stuck in my situation. Not running wel a 1293cc blow through supercharger setup.
Ignition is by Nodiz with edis from Ford. Cr is 8,5 camshaft is SW5. All together with an intercooler.
Engine runs wel without boost but when I put some pressure on of it is bad or undriveable.
Now I saw a Sherryberg 45mm double itb. Really cheap and then try this with a speediuno.
Can a noob like me get this running? This already is a long time project.
I havent been ordering parts so.
So if you guys think I have to much imagination please let me know.
