I need advice on suitable ignition solution for a Supercharger setup.
I was considering an Amethyst, but have been advised to stick to an ignition with a trigger wheel?
Not sure what the benefits are between a trigger wheel ECU (distributor less) and a points dizzy converted with a mappable ignition setup?
I need the cheapest, but reliable option?

Hi,
Megajolt has been used by many forum members over the years, its not a costly option compared to some.

So with a MegaJolt you need to add a could pack and an ECU. As well as a trigger wheel and an AFR sensor?

Megajolt you would require;

1x Coil pack
1x EDIS module
1x Crank position sensor
1x Trigger wheel (or machine the 36-1 pattern to your crank damper).
1x Megajolt ignition controller.

An AFR sensor isn't integrated to the megajolt but is recommended.

I thought there was a "how to" guide but I cannot find it, there is a plethora of threads relating to it, just put megajolt or MJ in to the search button.

Nic wrote a guide, it should be in the FAQs or How to section of the forum. Or just search megajolt and Nic together

Thanks for all the replies. I am now fully aware of what I need. There are various options, but I think I will try and get a MegaJolt setup.
