Looks like fairly normal balancing marks ?

speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

Some of the metal is removed in the places neccisary to compensate for getting it wrong on the balance weight parts of the crank.
But that's a lot been removed.

Is the crank straight ?

What are the journal sizes, standard or undersize ?

The photos look like some are reground and some aren't.

They are all standard and cranck seems straight when I put it in between the bearings.

I am not tempted to try it out how it runs aqtually

Put a new set of bearing shells in the main bearing housings (or some good old ones) and apply some light oil (less than 20/50), put the crank and thrust washers in and lightly tighten the main bearing caps - not full torque, just enough they have seated over the sleeeve dowels - then see how much effort it takes to turn the crank.

If it's straight you will be able to spin it with just your thumb/forefinger.

Any more force required it's either bent or something else seriously wrong.

Looks like a later 1990’s crank from the casting marks. The factory balancing efforts had big chunks of material carved off in all sorts of places from the ones I’ve handled.

That's factory balancing marks. Not neat, but normally fairly accurate. ANd good enough for a small shitty cheap car that maxes out at 5500rpm.

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Most native English speakers cannot use grammar correctly !

You really have to wonder what goes on in schools these days. Often non native users are better ! lol

Somewhat off topic but I have to say that in all the times I've visited Norway they speak better english than most people in the UK, esp. in the large cities/towns in the southern part of the country. A bit more patchy up North but even there, the one who speak english speak it rather well.
