Tried and Tested Exhaust Flange CAD
I had these made for my Std 998 A plus Head. They take 38mm O/d Tube thru and are a good fit on tube and studs without any further fettling. I made them in 12MM 304Stainless,
If attachment works, there is 3d model and 2d DXF file. Most laser cutters can take either.
Print full size and check measurements against PDF before use, but i have used these without any adjustments.

I cant see any way to attach cad files. zip files seem to be blocked as well. rightclick and save as, then change filename extension to .zip
This is not a jpg file!!
