I do not really see myself as Knowledgeable: More like Creative and adaptive. There are many more people on here now and in the past with a lot more knowledge, experience and understanding than I have. Most what I have learnt and implemented comes for reading on here – when I can actually find the right phrases or keywords to use in the search tool. (And 2 very intelligent and definitely Knowledgeable people, again on here occasionally now, who have been extremely invaluable to me as I have worked through.) Unfortunately, I did not build my own engine for the coupe. At the time I was building the coupe, I did not have the knowledge or the time to do the research and build engine build, so I got someone else to do it. In hind sight that was a big mistake – Even now I really would not know where to begin without a lot of reading and question asking. All the info is here, you just have to make the effort to find it and try to understand it… As long as you do, most of the knowledgeable and experienced people who get on here will tend to help guide you. @Shepster80 That said, I am only 8 or so miles up the road, so any help I can give you, then just shout! Welcome! Congratulations on reacquiring the car. I've still got mine, although it's been through a couple of different incarnations. All the info you need is on here and all the parts are readily available. If time and space are available, strip it and assess the state of everything.
