I'm building a turbo engine for my mk1. I want a nice reliable, tractable 120hp or so.
I will go for mapped ignition anyway, but I'm tempted by megasquirt and going the whole hog.
Realistically, how hard is it to map using a wideband sensor, post turbo, given I'm not looking for crazy power.
Alternatively I could go and get it mapped - but how many mappers understand megasquirt and how to map it on an A-series?

Should I give up the idea and just stick to my HIF44?!

I would say so, 120bhp is easy to achieve
