In the past I've used the cossie 4wd intercooler at the front but had to cut holes in the bonnet, The build I have at the mo I don't want to do that and looking for a decent side mount option inlace of the radiator.

Look at Nic’s, Simon (turbo mk1 mini) and Colin ( sprocket ) build. From memory all utilise a “side mount”.

Colin uses a side mount rad still and Simon uses a front mounted rad with a big duct for his intercooler. Unsure on colins but I knows it mounted in drivers side inner wing |

I assume you’re probably looking for something that you can get from a scrap yard? If you’re up for going bespoke like simons is then have a look at my project thread.
