Hi all I've been registered for year but never posted a topic but now I think its time to show the progress and giving you an idea of how I'm converting from carburettor to multi point. So after hours searching on the forum trying to understand the problem in injecting an a-series engine and trying to find the best ecu that will work on a 5 port head, I came with a conclusion and bought a MS3X from Extraefi. As for injector I'm using siemense deka, two 480cc for primaries and two 875cc for secondary's.
The engine is 1275 A+ with omega forged +20 pistons, H section rods, standard balanced crank, med light weight non verto flywheel assembly, med rs camshaft, 1.5 roller rockers, ported and polished head, straight cut gears and the supercharger is a m45 mounted at the front of the engine.

This is the setup with the carburettor sorry for the poor image.

Sounds like a nice setup.

I presume it’s a clubman front end?

Hi it worked well on carb but you now you always want to improve something
For cam sensor, yes its a hall type and its seeing a higher head of one of vernier cam sprocket locking bolt.
I want to ask a question how can i host pictures from google photos because when I put Img in square brackets at the beginning and at the end of the url the photos are not displayed in the post?

Lots of forums won't work with google's photo system - I'm not sure about this one - but have you added the forward slash to the second set of square brackets ???
[ IMG ] .... [ /IMG ]
but without the spaces between the square brackets and IMG
(if I omit the spaces in my example the forum expects an image in between where the ... is in my example....)

Yes I added the forward slash without any spaces to the second set of square but it didn't work but when I post the url only the link works and the photo is opened in an other window.

So finally I got hold on how to host pictures from google photos *Clapping* and now I can show the progress on the intake manifold.
Basically the manifold will be a dual plenum and here are a couple of virtual shots

And here is the progress in reality

First i started with the two runners, from a peace of solid aluminium block like this

after days using a chisel and hammer I managed to finish the two runners. *tongue*

These are the trumpets

Someone stood at the mill a long time doing those pieces!

Where are you located? I feel like I've seen this mini before?

Hi I'm located in Malta and yes i stood a long time at mill i think for each runner it took more than 12 hours and also countless hour to design them on the cad, but I'me very pleased on how they came.

Hi a little bit more update, here are some pics of the runners in place and cardboard model of the plenum just to have an idea of the clearance between the bulkhead and plenum.

Hi today's update. After a little bit of grinding, polishing and adding an end plate the part ended like this.

Hi a little bit more update, today I've finished the throttle body flange, its made from 10mm aluminium flat bar. The throttle body is from a renault megane, it has a 4 wire stepper motor for idle control.

And here is the flange
