Hey guys has anyone used them and how was your experience ?

i ask because ive placed an order 2 weeds ago and they took the cash with in 24 hours
so i assumed the order was on its way right? no... still not sent and they have not attempted to communicate

the login under my account says its In Progress?

im assuming one or a few items are out of stock and that they had to order them from the manufacture but come on an email to say hey your order is delayed because....

on a side note on the same day i mad 3 other orders at different places uk usa and china all turned up last week

My only issue has been the decline of the showroom i admit i am in the market for child seats however id rather see a bit of race car bling ......

I've had similar. If the part is not in stock it will say in progress but they will not notify you. Once it is back in stock they send it pretty quickly.

I find them very hit and miss. If its quite a few bits I'll normally send an email with a list and see if they'll do a discount, and they're normally pretty good in that respect. They have messed up a few orders in the past, but always quick to amend.

I'd fire them an email and find out whats going on, like you say, somethings probably out of stock. Its happened to me before, so I got them to send the bits they did have early.

I would say yes...online and catalogue prices can be on the high side.

However...a friend has bought a few things from them and he prefers to call to ensure things are correct and in stock etc. And they're always quite willing to give a little discount, or cheaper postage etc when he asks.

So whilst yes from abroad a phone call can be hassle...it might also save a few quid.

hmm well so far no luck

lets hope it works out ill dam near got on a bloody flight over there

really how hard it it to know what stock you have and what stock is no longer available that should be pulled of the dam website

and then to take full payment with in 24 hours and not reply to emails in over a week ha some service that is
