What's considered good these days in the mini LSD department?

Got 170+hp, 110 NM

The Quaife ATB is well regarded, especially if you intend on using it on the road at all.

Its not really a Mini specific question though as its rear wheel drive.

In my opinion, the ATB in a rear wheel drive application is not the best as the ATB needs at least some traction on the wheel with least grip. A well sorted rear wheel drive car will tend to lift a rear wheel and lose traction. A plate type LSD may be more suitable.

My next problem is going to be crappy pot joint driveshafts *happy*

Wondering if i should go hardy spicer. I used to know all this stuff 15 years ago, all floated away :(
