any chance of a pic showing all 4 cylinders? got to be honest they look oily as hell, and the fire ring doesnt look breached. :/ how does the block look too? turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

I don't think it's a head issue (well not specific to the 7-port).

The valve stem seals were leaky.

What is the surface finish, for the cosmetic really you need a ground finish rather than milled. On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

Looking at the valves it looks lean.

timig chart looks good, but is the timing confirmed with a strobe? as the trigger wheels have been known to slip,

pistons are well oily and bores are shiny from the pics hes put up on TMF.
