How do I plump the spi tank into my 998? There's 2 pipes on the pump, and a pipe on the top of the tank going into a round thing with another pipe coming off that, where do thy all go? I know one on the pump will goto the carb but which is which and is the pipe going into the top for fuel return or is this a vent pipe?

The two pipes on the pump are a feed and return which go to a fuel regulator which in turn feeds the carb. The third pipe is a vent which should be feed to the outside of the car. I would think 8mm pipes would be fine for a 998. The power is just positive and negitive although for safty reasons it is best feed through an inertia switch or relay operated by oil pressure in case of an accident where you don't want high pressure fuel spraying everywhere. |

You want the standard metro turbo fuel pressure reg. This has a return on it.

Thanks, could I still run the metro turbo regulator on my non turbo 998 until I finish the project?

You would probably damage the SPI pump as it is designed to flow through a regulator with a return which allows a constant flow whilst varying the pressure. Running the pump against that regulator doesn't allow a constant flow which the injection pumps are designed for.

Thanks so I just need the metro regulator and and flow gauge thing to set the regulator pressure up and leave the pressure sensor line off and I should be good to go
