I think the minispares one has now be re-engineeredso should be ok |

What oil pump should be used on a 998 turbo? Just the stock 998 one or does it need uprated? |

Way I see it Rick is that when you are spending all that money on an engine why scrimp on the oil pump? For me I'd use the swifty pump. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Not broken don't fix it is probably the right way to do it. I thought you WERE in need of a new pump. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

It hasn't given you any issue Rick. I'd just have a quick look to ensure there is no scoring on the rotors then put it back where it came from.

I went with swiftune but I also had a new minispares turbo type. Which they exchange for my old turbo one.

I have only ever fitted the bog standard pump. when they were AE then standard Minispares item.
