Hi, Michael from Manchester, got a metro turbo T3 1275 and just planning on what needs doing, wanting to send the engine to the engine builders as soon as possible, while there is money floating about, but just want to know what they will need, and what advice you could give me on what to do to the head, port polished, oversized inlets ect, worth having it gas blown?
Block:
Bored out to 1293 as I think it's sleeved not to sure, and have it balanced, anything else I can do? Plan on getting omega Pistons and I have a CA45 ST544 cam or should I go for phase 2 turbo cam?
Gear box ? Anything I can do there?
I plan to get ultra fly wheel, and back plate, and turbo clutch already got dsn large pulley wheel

And most of all can I just have a turbo metro engine just running on 4psi or do I have to get all the mega jolt and tooth trigger EDIS coil pack ect, thanks

Speak to turbo phil about a head. Nott sure about the sleeved block: someone else may provide better judgement.

A good standard box should be fine up to 130bhp but you should go for a crosspin diff. More power will likely need sc gearset although drops should be ok for more.

Megajolt isn't necessary (plenty of us ran with distributors for years before)
