I was awaiting these, at £100 a pair they're worth it, but £200 is a bit on the steep side so I'll stick with new steel ones I think.

Excuse my ignorance, but why not machined from solid? Based on cost or strength? At £280 per Kg they are quite steep, but no more expensive than alloy hubs etc.

To be fair I would consider these if my KAD rear discs don't work out.

I think Tom might mean the time it takes to machine them.

Those with other ideas how would you do it?

They look reasonable to me. Would make a very light drum setup. I may buy a set.

Fatigue wise, looks like they're thick in the right places.
