Difficult question I know, but here goes. Pleae help with valuation of long Block as below

A series Block bored 73.5 mm
SA 1071 crank with 70.2 mm stroke on 020/010 (bladed, wedged, tuffrided, balanced, crossdrilled by MED). giving total volume of 1191 cc.
lightened and polished A rods with ARP bolts, normalised and balanced
powermax 73.5 mm pistons.
Calver ST RE13OT camshaft.
Swifty adjustable Duplex timing cover
cylinder head ported by Vegard and professional with 35.7/29 mm valves
1.3 rockers of A series type that has been welded for strength
25D distributor matched to camshaft.
Ultralight flywheel and lightened Cooper S backplate, Orange diaphram

engine has covered 1500 km since being built.
LCB to match will follow, but no carbs, starter, radiator, alternator or gearbox will follow.

I would guess it would be around the value of a comparable 1380 engine.

Thanks for the reply. What the going rate for good 1380s then these days? Trying to decide if I should put it on the shelf or sell.

I'd guess £1500 ish for the lot, It is quite specialist though, so could fetch more. Especially if someone was looking for an engine for a 1071 car, as I assume is using an a-series block.
