Sorry to hear of your dad's passing, he seems like he was quite the character. Winning Bathurst! You're going to have a bit of time on your hands there haha.

Wonder what postage would be to UK on that 8port setup?

thanks guys,,,

thejefinabox,,, my dad didn`t win Bathurst (i wish) *smiley*
Bob Holden won Bathurst, the guy sitting next to the beared guy
the bearded guy is (was) my dad Jack

& yes i have been running trucks & utes for the last few months clearing out all the stuff but it`s hardly made a dent in it all so far

sifting through it all & sneaking out all the goldy bits first, we have saved probably 100x 1275 blocks now,,, heaps of auto blocks that we can convert to manual,,, heaps of cooper blocks, lots of "S" blocks
heads, etc gearboxes are driving me crazy tho,,, well it`s all driving me crazy really *smiley*
cheers & thanks again for all the good words & condolences etc,,, he really was the best "mini Man" in Australia for ever

i`ve been moving this stuff for the past year, mostly weekend work, but hardly put a dent in it all yet

*frown*

i now have approx 2months maybe 3 at the latest to move the rest as we have a couple of people interested in buying the property so quite a lot of it will go into skip bins for scrap metal recyclers...
i can`t take & store it all & about half of it is all stuffed anyways.
cheers & thanks again for all your kind words & condolences

Condolences Matt.

Thought about getting in touch with someone like Minispares in the UK and seeing if they want a shipping container full of stuff?

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

My condolences, but have you tried any local mini clubs or shops etc. that might be interested in the parts? Would be a shame to weigh them in for scrap!
