I had a mk 2 "S" which i loved to bits, i had a 1480 full rally x engine in it, split webbers, 649cam, the werx ! i needed to have an alarm and imobaliser fitted for peace of mind....so spoke to Jan (sales geezer) who is really cool and give me a good deal. he said come back about 3pm and the car will be done. i left it with both tanks full to the neck ! (had to it did 4mpg) i returned at 1440 hrs slightly early to witness the technicians flying up and down the road full chat really raking my engine, i spoke to jan and the technician (not letting on what i had seen) i questioned why i had no fuel left and why the engine temp was right up and the fact me car was not starting to good, technician said "the workshop is a fair distance away" he didnt know that my uncles workshop is next door to theirs ! 30 secs down the road from the shop. I went BALLISTIC !!!!!! Jan was good tho and give me a multi lock for free fitted and refuelled my car he was mega embarrassed. BEWARE of them ! lucky for me Paul at R + P had me motor set up good and i had spared no expense on the built or it would have been cattled !

yes bud i am a weedy scrawny lil man and everyone picks on me :( i have sold the car now this was a while back
