So my mini lives outside now as I'm an evil person and have given the garage to another car.

It's gone mouldy inside after only 2 weeks outside.

What can I do to prevent it? Stupid little car.

Get some of those moisture traps in it?

If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of.

Make sure all the seals are good, doors, rear windows, front and rear screens.

Then as above the various moisture traps.

None of the seals are good, *wink* I noticed a stream of water coming in from the windscreen the other day when out on a run.

Will get moisture traps.

a good cover to help keep the water out and let it breathe. I know a few guys that get moisture traps from Wilkinsons of all places or you could put a tray of kitty litter in

Swansea boyo!

Mines only ever gone a bit on my headliner over the last few winters but a quick wipe with some citrus APC and it's gone. You can get moisture traps things that you put on the rad to dry out and reuse. But mines just as bad with or without moisture traps to be honest! I do take my carpets out once a month or so over winter just to dry them out and give them a good clean *tongue*

They don't die, they just get faster!

I used to put a pair of tights filled with cat litter and knotted off under the back seat of my old mini.

i have them salt boxes that atract moist. my uncle has an electric moisture trap in his car. both work fine. his is safer not to spil salt water in the car mine is cheaper.

you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.

finish date set for project 1... march 2018

Maybe leave the windows cracked open a little to increase airflow (assuming the cover is over it)
