Bought these just for the tyres, so I haven't personally used them, they seem to be genuine cosmics as stamped on the front face of the wheels under the paint. I would run them as is as I don't like them highly polished, and to be honest the lips arent great as they have kerb rash, one is worse than the others. I'll happily take these to MITP, but won't post. £125.
