Funny, but for truer to reality, try this.

Near where I live is a seaside town called Southwold. Nice place, and we usually take friends out there when they stay the weekend, plus it's the home of Adnams brewery.

But it's also one of the favourite weekend stays for London's excessively rich.

The beach huts start at a minimum of £50k at the far end of the beach and go for up to £100k on the beach near the town centre. We always look in the Estate Agent's windows when we are there and have a good laugh.
