I looked previously but couldn't find exactly what I needed as I wanted scratch resistance too. Best option I came up with was 'Lexan Marguard' with and a roll of tint film.

Have used these guys a few times with no problems... http://www.directplastics.co.uk/polycarbonate-sheet
