Best way to tackle that would be get a gutter and weld it over the top in effect double skinning. I can do this for you pal 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

back with a copper pipe and build up with weld? lot of work but id give it a shot, failing that sikaflex and gutter trim

if you have done the rest then just get this tackled, you wont learn by handing over cash :) turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
