Maniflow may make you one at a cost as I know they have made at least one steel one about 20 years ago. but as I guess Matty have maybe given you a price you didn't like you will struggle,

These are out there, but you need to be really patient. I waited and waited and recently got a nice period cast IDA manifold for less than £40.
