What's the general concensus on these guys? Which ones do I want to avoid, and what's the one to go for?

I've got one of the nrg ones that was part of the group buy a couple of years back. Haven't had it on the car, but seems nice and solid in my hands and locks off well. |

As above, good and solid, but as yet untested. On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:

The tart in me prefers the nrg ones, hard finding them in the uk though. Sensible nick says get the lifeline though.

I initially bought a cheap one form mc Gills, but far too much slop in the splines for a fwd car, so bought lifeline and you really do get what you pay for,so if anyone want a cheap shite QR boss you can have it for 1/2 priceinto the server funds but you may well end up in the hedges.

http://snapoff.com/road-cars/ Very good, no play. swedish made👍 I've got the early version of the Snapoff boss with key lock which is a but of a pain to be honest. Its compact and no slop in it. I turned down an old Mountney boss, made an adapter and the whole stack is as tall as a standard boss. I just didn't like the flat dish steering wheel with an excessively long boss. Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:
