Make one?

Just done it myself. From turbo, m12x1.5 to AN -4, AN -4 90 deg, AN -4 ptfe braided hose (1m is more than enough), 45 deg AN -4 fitting, AN -4 to 1/8 NPT, mini oil T piece in front of block so you can still have the oil switch.

No worries, the 90/45 should be ok but check if it's right for yours. It's good on mine.

Yea I'll build it all up on the bench in a few weeks time And double check.

how do the fixings attach to the hose?

Olive goes over the ptfe inner but under the braided bit, push it on the barbed part of the fitting and screw the nut over the top.

They can take very high pressure, i've used stainless ones for my brake/clutch lines.
