So my turbo comes back from being reconditioned and there are 3 problems... 1) Pipe from turbo to plenum has not been returned. 2) Oil union elbow from turbo to back of block has also done a Houdini and 3) Two of the 3 studs to bolt on exhaust elbow to down pipe aren't long enough!

A little cheesed off as I've been on the phone to them now and they're saying that they don't have these bits, they would have been sent back with them if they had them! Studs aren't available also, will take a while to get them!

Not good enough really! I'm worse off now! 😡

Turbo dependant, the gt17 is m8 studs. Let me know how long you want them I can fire some stainless steel ones or some higher grade carbon ones your way.

Appreciate that David, I'm going to complain first cos otherwise it's going to cost me to get these bits and the recon was pricey enough. I'll get back to you about those bits. Thanks.

I bet you could have bought a brand spanker modern turbo and bought a conversion plate and down pipe material for what rebuilding a T(rex)3 cost
