Hi, just bought a stainless front mount mini7 style radiator, not got any issues fitting/plumbing in, just wondered what people on here do in terms of a coolant expansion tank. 2 pipes on my rad, one to the top hose and one to the water pump, where would i need to take off for the expansion tank or is it not too important? Thinking about an mpi style sandwich plate thermostat housing for one take off, then im not too sure, maybe a T piece from heater take off. Any thoughts? |

The Metro or MPi expansion tank with the correct 'double' thermostat housing is all I've ever used.

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination, talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol On 20th Apr, 2012 Paul S said:
I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry. |
