hi everybody, i had a lot of time this sunday, let me show you my new mini.
it's a 998 rebored to 1080 the specificity of this engine is that all machining is made by myself in my workshop.
Block
- A+ serie 99HE30
- A+ lightened crankshaft
- A serie lightened con rods with arp bolts
- Calver +100 pistons flat top
- 649 camshaft

Cylinder head
- CAM 4180
- 27/31 valves
- flow bench modified runners
- 1.3 steel rocker arms
- 11,5/1 Cr

Nice work.

How much do your rods weigh now?

Is that a lightened SPI flywheel?

Did you balance it the crank and flywheel yourself?

The rods are around 100 gr less than befor. No i c can t balance crankshaft i only have tools for machining, flow bench, shot peen. Maybe when i will be rich.
