Since there was a lot of interest in the cars Im building at work on my Rebirth thread I thought Id post up a few more pics

Heres the dash build for the DB6 that I showed before. Its been resprayed, retrimmed, all the gauges are refurbished and a new loom

Heres a few of the DB5 Ill be building alongside the DB6

As with all the cars we build the body gets removed and acid dipped, the chassis is media blasted, repaired, blasted again then powder coated, stonechipped for the originality and then painted satin black. The body is repaired or new panels fabricated and fitted where necessary.

This DB4 Convertible shows the extent of the panel fabrication we have to go to in some cases, this will be the next for me to build

Only the tops of the rear wings are original now, heres underneath it

All ready for the suspension which has been blasted and powder coated, the axle has been rebuilt and all new bushes, shocks and springs

Ill post up more pics as they progress if there is enough interest

I seriously doubt it!

Words fail me.....
Only top rear wings original, does that mean the rest is hand fabricated?

Dazed and Confused....

Was that at the NEC a few weeks ago for the Classic Motor Show ?

If it was I popped by and had a bit of a drool.

Stunning but it really explains how well the mini has been knocked back into shape.

I suppose when someone is spending the money one of these cars cost, they will want nothing but the best

The fabrication in that makes the wing he made for his mini look extremely simple!

You get to work on some nice cars!

We took delivery of a Lagonda today, not what I was expecting when I was told it was a kind of former Aston before it became Aston Martin. Lol

Aston Martin and Lagonda were seperate companies, Astons bought Lagonda in (I think) the late 60s

I seriously doubt it!
