doing a 1275 turbo conversion in the next week or so and decided to check the turbo i have for shaft play. There is a little play in the bearings but the compressor blades don't touch the housings. ive never seen this turbo run so i don't know what the seals are like.

if i put this on and it is in deed shot, can i use a T3 from a Maestro turbo that i have, seems in better condition play wise.

i cant see any specs on A/Rs on the maestro unit but has a part number of TB0342.

im guessing that being off a 2.0 liter its going to be hitting boost at like 4000 4500 rpms?

any ideas?

does the maestro core fit in the mini housings?

they look very similar, could i just swap the exhaust turbine housings over? or would i need to change the turbine too?
