Thnks guys is there a project section ? I did Register before as stumpypower but löst my Log in Details ect so i have a mid 70s clubman and its a genuine rotbox but ive replaced a Bit of metal so far progress Slider than IDE have liked but family ect need some time as well replaced both door pillars and doorsteps the inner hinge panels. The Top dash rail and windscreen rubber mounting lip ime from south Wales Of Amy members around These parts. Next Job is gab a bulkhead Box and a new pair of inner wings rear half as its having a Flop front so dont need the front section so loathed to but gen inner wings at 400 quid to Chip em in half so i figure i will make em |

Has anyone Made their own complete rear half inner wings guys Mine are rotten and i fancy making instead of buying even if i need to Alter the shape on them slightly So their more angular than curved cheers guys Amy Links to someone thats done heavy bulkhead ans inner wing refabrication Edited by stumpypower75 on 25th Aug, 2014. |

Can you get pattern complete inner wings its only the rear half sections i need ime loathed to but genuine bmh panels to Chop them in half thanks for reply buddy...ime deffo up for It and using slightly thicker steel as well agile ime at it Edited by stumpypower75 on 26th Aug, 2014. |

What ggauge steel are you guys using for your repair sections my Top dash panel i used 1.6 mm i have plenty of this and want to go a Bit thicker than the Standard british leyland steel from the factory but Not By to much Edited by stumpypower75 on 26th Aug, 2014. |

I made my own, but no pics, it was 15 years ago. You only need .9mm. Its the shape that gives strength, not gauge I seriously doubt it! |

Front or rear wheel drive Been thinking along the 1.8k series route but Also like the rwd ....how i build the body from here is dictated to some extent By the engine choice 2.9 24valve ford Also sounds. good |
