Hi. I ran the 998 of my stepsister to the imm with no problems what so ever exept 1... when it is running low revs ( idle and just above as for example waiting in a q) it makes the sparkplugs go dead. ( when normal running the sparkplugs are nice and brown when in q or long time idle they get so black that they stop sparking) a normal clean with a wire bruch always solves it. But now i was reading in the Haynes that a 998 should run on bpr 5 es instead of the bpr 6 es that are in there now. Would it make any difference? you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

No, not really, 6s are what I've always used with no problem. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

the design shows a distinct lack of imagination, talk about starting off with a clean sheet of paper, then not bothering to fucking draw on it,lol On 20th Apr, 2012 Paul S said:
I'm mainly concerned about swirl in the runners caused by the tangential entry. |

hmm. must be honest i do not know the afr all i know is that it is running 4.1 co on idle and 3.5 on revs whish is more or less within legal norms for a car of those years ( here in belgium) you can do anything if you set your mind to it...

R's have a resistor E's don't, you can fit ford rs turbo plugs (don't know whether there 5 or 6 or 7's) they're a colder plug for boost or hi compression |
