I've just been informed that when turboing the less 'cammy' the better and that out of the two the LT 256 8.0mm would be the better option. Can anybody add anymore info to this and explain a little further? |

The RS cams have too much duration and mean you end up with alot of overlap which isn't desirable with a turbo.

sourcing them maybe difficult as they dont come up very often.suppose u cud get them from motor wrk |

I bought a complete K1100LT engine this morning (For less that I've seen Heads go for!) :) Its in the boot of my car now, I cant wait to get home, lol :) Edited by wayne miller on 10th Jul, 2014. |
