Yes. But, if mixing A and A+ engines/boxes you need to sort out the drop gears, but that's easy. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

Housings are all interchangeable. As far as I know the only 998-1275 transmission difference is the primary gear bearing size.. ? |

Oh and the small bore transfer housing doesn't have the breather drilled normally but you can change that!

So if you pulled the complete gearbox and transfer casing off a 998 block it would fit but as others say you would just need to sort the drop gears out and the breather hole On 26th Jan, 2012 Tom Fenton said:
