usually how much thicker is the crown on a turbo piston compared to a similar forged piston for N/A use? Team www.sheepspeed.com Racing

Dont think there is a solid answer. Different pistons will have different designs, using different materials etc.

and a thicker ring land between first and second ring, definately a trend i have noticed on turbo pistons. Not always the case, but you see it a lot. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)

What would be the general sort of thickness between top ring land to piston crown and thickness between top and second ring on good quality forged turbo pistons . |

Never really seen huge variations between 1 and 2
9.85 @ 145mph
