You'll need about 12-13psi to get that power. Factory metro turbos had around 7 psi and made mid-high 90's. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

A fairly basic spec will see you over 120hp easily. As already said, don't bother going to 73.5mm, just go to 0.020" if that will clean the bores up. A mild cam, some head work, a decent intercooler and 10psi will see you over 120hp.

Guide wise if your using the stainless race valves use manganise guides if they are STD valves use cast iron ones.
