If i put on a heat sheald on can i get away with this or should i remove the servo and relocate the turbo?

Would like to keep it because its left hand drive and its quit some work to get it out ( bar acros to operate the servo)


you can do anything if you set your mind to it...
i rather blow it up winning than keep it together losing.

finish date set for project 1... march 2018

As for brakes it will either be 7,5 with 4 pots or 8,4 mini disq ( drilled) with metro brakes.

Couple of good heatshields and some wrap around the manifolds and you'd be fine I'd say. Or see if you can reroute the pipes a little further away from everything.

The exhaust pipes ? Maybe i can make them bit longer so the turbo sits more in the wing

is stainless steel a good heatshield? .

Yeah, just try and move the turbo away from the master cylinder a little bit more, and stainless is pretty good as a heatshield. I Think it was wintersurfer who used an old stainless saucepan as a heatshield for his turbo to good effect.

i looked at it an can move it away for another 4 cm easy.

i seen gold heat shield foils to... its stuf that works or just some bulsh....t ?
