Scrap Head as jig for Welding

I'd like to use a mini head as the jig for welding my inlet manifold (and exhaust when i get round to it).
Has anyone got something they can send for cost of postage or a beer if close to me. even if it's just to borrow?
Ideally with the manifold studs and nuts

I've got an old 940 head that broke into a waterway while being converted to unleaded.
Been using it as a wheel chock...

Metric is for people who can't do fractions.

great, tah. does it have the studs too?
how much do they weight? about 12kg?
If so I expect postage should be about £10. would you want it back?
