Lads, as some of you will have seen on facebook im thinking about doing something completely different and selling this car to fund something else. Still keeping the turbo project though.

I know ill never get the money ive put into this you never do, but id love to see it go to someone and them have some fun with it.

id prefer to keep it than let it go for silly money, can find in access of £20,000 worth of reciepts easily

Body: 1992 J reg mini, shell is like new with new inner and outer sills, footwells, bootfloor, A panels, cross member, lightweight alloy door skins, tubbed rear arches, fibreglass front end, Roll centre 6 point bolt in cage, carbon fibre bonnet, carbon fibre miglia arches, carbon fibre boot lid, carbon fibre grille, carbon fibre headlight blanks, all done by Carbon weezel

Engine:
A+ 1380cc.
KAD small valve 16 valve cylinder head with belt assembly,
L1 inlet and BD3 exhaust cams
10.5:1 compression ratio
A+ block with four bolt centre main cap, bored and honed
73.5mm Omega cast pistons
Vandervell Competition engine bearings
A+ crankshaft 81.28 stroke re-ground
A+ conrods, lightened balanced and shot peened with ARP bolts
Twin Weber 40 DCOE carburettors
Aldon distributor with Ignitor Electronic ignition
MED alloy flywheel and backplate
AP grey diaphragm pressure plate and clutch
4-2-1 exhaust manifold

149bhp @ 7500rpm
109ftlbs @ 6500rpm

Gearbox: Straight cut close ratio box currently running a 3.6 diff

Suspension:
Literally all of this is brand new, Kad adjustable tie rods, Force racing titanium bottom arms, Spax coilover conversion all round, Rear alloy beam conversion, KAD rear alloy arms,
Brakes: KAD 7.9 alloy 4 pot callipers, twin circuit, pressure relief valve, minifins on rear

Good luck with the sale, unfortunately you are probably best off breaking this to make the most of reclaiming your money, would be a lovely start for a road car with minimal effort put into it!

Great car at an amazing price, I know someone whos just spent £14,000 on just a kad engine.
