hi im doing a k110 conversion on a 998 is there any where to get a manifold made i am going to use a garret GT15 M9 turbo |

most of the manifolds are DIY mainly because the cost is prohibitive, but also that each install is different. I spent at least 12 hours on mine plus materials. I probably could do it in less next time though. Getting some one to build a manifold for you could easily be £500+ for a one off.
