I'm not sure if anyone else is having email spam from a company called iGain? But I am. I usually very careful with my email address, If I don't like a website that requires it (porno for instance!) I have an email I use so it gets all the spam. And as I have had my email address for nearly 10 years and no persistent spam it seems I'm doing ok.

But recently I have been inundated with spam from a company called iGain for lots of different stuff. There is an unsubscribe link with the emails, but it says 'you have been removed from our list' but still they come.

Anyway, I found a customer services email feedback@igain.co.uk and sent them the following. I've not yet had a response, but it made me feel better. Maybe if you're having similar issues you could send a similar email.

Will you stop fucking sending me shit emails. I am not registered with you,
never have been and never will be. I have no interest in any of the shit you
are sending me.

I have unsubscribed hundreds of times with bollock all joy.

Please remove my email from you spam-sending-shit-machine and stop wasting my
time. Why have an unsubscibe button when it does fuck-all?

How I managed to end up in your 'please send my shite email list' is a mystery
as I never joined your ball-bag igain(shit) webshite.

I make no apologies for my language as my guess is that you'll never even bother
reading this email, and if you do, you'll more than likely put me on your extra
shit mailing list. But please don't, I'd rather you just fuck off.

can you set up a forwarding rule, so every email is sent straight back to them.

This is exactly the issue I'm having with a hotel group and thanks for reminding me that I need to set this up with their directors email address!
