For sale is my straight cut gearbox. I suspect the set was made by Tran-x, but can't be 100% sure. Diff is a minispares x-pin unit, and it's fitted with a helical 3.9 crownwheel, also centre oil pick up pipe.

The box has done approx 3-4k miles on new bearings and competition layshaft, iit's stripped and cleaned, fitted with new baulk rings. No noticeable pitting on gears. It's rebuilt and diff shimmed. The ratios are as follows:

1st: 2.58
2nd: 1.71
3rd: 1.25
4th 1.00

Benross head

Its 28cc, 35.7mm race inlet valve and 29mm sodium filled exhaust valves. Top craftsmanship as usual.

Pistons are +20, 1293. New unused still in box on shelf.
