I know what you mean mate, but I wouldn't put my own safety on the line either, I've bought a column drop bracket and it's proper sturdy stuff, I have no quibbles with using a harness bar from him.

I have seen people use the bolt in door bars as harness bars as the miglia ones are bloody expensive. That's what in going to do anyway
